FloWar Life Essentials Non-Profit Organization is revolutionizing the El Paso community with its forward-thinking approach to social impact and economic development. Established in 2016, FloWar Life Essentials has consistently worked to uplift young entrepreneurs, providing them with the resources, mentorship, and networks necessary to succeed. The organization has awarded over $200,000 in scholarships and donations, partnering with more than 30 businesses to create a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Future Leader Internship Program (FLIP) 

FLIP is not just an internship; it's a transformative journey designed to shape the leaders of tomorrow across various industries. Participants receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a real-world environment.

Young Leaders in Business Workshop Series

Our workshops empower emerging talents with the skills, insights, and strategies needed to excel in entrepreneurship and corporate leadership. Through interactive sessions and expert guidance, young leaders gain the tools to navigate the complexities of modern business and make a meaningful impact.

FloWar Life Essentials Full Ride Scholarship

Committed to nurturing El Paso’s youth, FloWar offers a Full Ride Scholarship for local students in need, enabling them to pursue higher education at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). This initiative supports the growth of young leaders who will contribute to the community's economic and social development.

Good Neighbor App

Our Good Neighbor App provides a sustainable funding source for our programs by encouraging community participation and support for local businesses. This initiative strengthens community bonds while generating resources for FloWar’s mission.
