FloWar Life Essentials Good Neighbor App Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("Subscriber") and FloWar Life Essentials ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the subscription-based mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App. 1. Subscription and Auto-Renewal 1.1 Subscription Term: By subscribing to the App, you agree to an initial subscription term of six months "Subscription Term". The Subscription Term will automatically renew for subsequent six-month periods unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 2 below. Upon renewed subscription, funding will directly go to FloWar Life Essentials unless stated otherwise. 1.2 Auto-Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Term unless you cancel it. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee at the then-current rate. 2. Cancellation and Refunds 2.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a request to cancel in the app settings. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current Subscription Term. 2.2 Refunds: No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused portions of the Subscription Term. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy, as determined by Company in its sole discretion. 3. Payment 3.1 Payment Authorization: By subscribing to the App, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fee and any additional charges that may be incurred. 3.2 Price Changes: Company reserves the right to change the subscription fees upon notice to you. Continued use of the App after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new subscription fee. 4. User Responsibilities 4.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the subscription process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 4.2 Device Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with the App and meets the minimum system requirements. 5. Termination 5.1 Termination by Company: Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the App at its sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. 5.2 Termination by Subscriber: You may terminate your subscription as provided in Section 2 above. 6. Changes to Terms Company may update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 7. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Texas, U.S.A.
